Terms of Use

Material:
Our Illustrations are computer generated. Materials used for our goods include spruce/fir wood and derived timber products. Their visual properties may vary from said illustrations.

Sales Price:
Our order confirmation determines the relevant sales price. Unless stated otherwise prices include VAT and are ex work.

Delivery:
If there is no written agreement, the time of delivery is not binding. Delivery is at the expense of the customer.

Data Protection:
Customer data is treated confidentially.

Return policy:
Goods must be returned within ten days of receipt, including provision of the corresponding invoice number. Please notifiy us by e-mail or phone before returning the goods. The cost of returning goods is at the expense of the customer.

If delivered goods have defects, we will provide repair or replacement in due time. If that is not possible, the customer is eligable for order cancelation or may recieve a deduction. The return of custom-made products is not possible.

Jurisdiction:
The legal relationship will be governed by Swiss law. The place of fulfilment for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from this contractual relationship is Olten, Switzerland.
